We rearranged Finley's room so that it was more pre-walker friendly... now there's more room for her to roam and all of her favorite things are in baskets on the floor where she can get to them. Of all her baskets, she goes straight to the book bin every time. Books are definitely her favorite "toy". That makes me happy and I hope she continues to love them as she grows. She especially loves Sandra Boynton books. Her favorite is "Moo Baa La La La". She loves to shake her finger and say "Nah Nah Nah" for "no no no" (the part in the book where you correct them for saying the "pigs say "la la la" instead of "oink"). I'm sure you wanted the Cliffs notes version of a baby book :). I'm really good at that-- that mom-thing where I think everything she does is absolutely precious and fascinating and I'm so sure everyone else will too! :) I'm laughing out loud at myself right now, but I have to keep the post the way it is... because after all, if you're here reading this, you know what you're in for. It IS all about her. :)
